Sponsoring a cat is a gift of love which helps to guarantee food, care and protection for our cats. You can sponsor a cat for yourself or as a gift to someone else who loves cats but can’t keep them at home.
It is possible to sponsor our cats with a monthly contribution of €12 (PayPal), two contributions a year of €72 (bank transfer) or one contribution a year of €144 (PayPal or bank transfer). You can stop the contribution whenever you need.
For each sponsorship we will send you a Sponsorship Certificate via email with the picture and the story of the cat you chose to sponsor. And of course you can come meet your cat here at the Casetta anytime!

You can sponsor using PayPal, just click on the panel below the chosen cat. You can click on “PAGA ADESSO” to pay the yearly contribution (€144) or on “ISCRIVITI” to pay monthly (€12/month). You can write the name of the person sponsoring the cat in the field “PERSONALIZZA NOME ADOTTANTE”.

Hi! My name is Diana and I’m . I’m at the Casetta since November 2009. I was abandoned in a very dangerous place when I was only a few weeks old. Fortunately they found me and brought me to the Casetta where I grew up happy, safe and surrounded by the love of the volunteers. I was adopted twice but the truth is I don’t like being confined inside a home, I much rather hang with my feline friends here at the Casetta and get lots of cuddles from visitors and volunteers! Hi! My name is Polpetta (“meatball” in English), I’m and been at the Casetta since 2011. I was ran over by a car but fortunately a lady found me and took me to the vet. She couldn’t keep me so she brought me to the Casetta. I’ve loved it here since the very first day! I’m one of the volunteers’ favourites and my name says it all: I’m loving, affectionate and… i LOVE to eat! Tho I can’t see from my left eye and I’m a bit old, I’m still in great shape and awesome! Hi! My name is Sibilla and I’m here at the Casetta since 2017. I was brought here by a lady with a big heart, who found me and my two kittens in the street. I was malnourished and always looking for food for my babies and everyday I risked my life crossing dangerous roads to find something to eat. The Casetta gave me a second chance at life. Hi! My name’s Alexia, I’m and have been at the Casetta since 2008. I was rescued from under a car in Anzio, a seaside town near Rome. The lady who found me brought me to the Casetta where I was nursed back to health. I’m always searching for the company of humans (and food!) with my awesome constant miaowing, tho in truth I don’t like cuddles that much (but I just loooove miaowing!). Hi! My name is Tito, I’m and arrived at the Casetta in. I was a young boy then, and was wandering around the park with a nasty cut in my right eye. A volunteer found me and took care of me. Unfortunately, there was nothing they could do for my eye, but the love, cuddles and loving care of the volunteers helped me forget my misfortunes. Hi! My name is Lisetta, I’m and have been at the Casetta since 2016. I was found in a park with my tail cut and in bad shape. The Casetta volunteers immediately noticed that something was wrong: due to an accident I couldn’t pee or poop on my own and that’s why to do those things I need help from my beloved humans. It’s been two years that the Casetta vet helps me do my business everyday and I’m so grateful to him. I also never say no to cuddles! Thank you so much for your help. Love. Lisetta

Hi! My name is Carolina, I’m and I arrived at the Casetta in 2010, together with my mum and my three brothers. Unfortunately our beloved owner needed medical care and could no longer keep us. At first I suffered a lot because I missed my owner very much: but the company of my family and the cuddles and love from the volunteers helped me to overcome that terrible time and find happiness again. Hi! My name’s Lilli and I’m . I’ve been at the Casetta since 2015. I was little when I was abandoned with other kittens in the park. I love being free and going on my daily patrols even if I never get too far from the Casetta. I don’t like cuddling that much and I’m a little shy: I don’t like playing with other cats, I prefer to be on my own. Hi! My name’s Paride and I haven’t been at the Casetta for long: I was abandoned outside the sanctuary at the beginning of 2018. I was very frightened and used to hide under a large plant all night long. In the morning a girl found me and spoke to me in a sweet calming voice: being used to the humans in the house where I lived, I approached her and purred her a lot. Though I missed my family a lot, I knew I was safe again (and royally pampered!) here at the Casetta. Thank you so much for your help. Love. Paride

Hi! My name is Lapo, I’m and I’m at the Casetta since 2014. I was just a kitty when the volunteers found me abandoned in the park opposite the Casetta. I grew up surrounded by the love of volunteers and that’s why I get along great with humans. Not so much with other cats: I find some of my shelter-mates simply annoying! The vet has discovered that I have vitamin B deficiencies which at times cause me to limp: when this happens they give me a full load of vitamin B supplements and I’m back in shape again! Ciao il mio nome è Sally, ho anni e sono alla Casetta dal 2013.
Sono stata abbandonata fuori dal rifugio una fredda notte di novembre insieme ai miei due fratellini: avevamo un anno ed eravamo tre giovanotti belli e sani. La mattina ci hanno trovato e portato dentro al rifugio dove ci hanno accudito e fatto tantissime coccole. I miei fratellini hanno trovato una casa, io invece sono rimasta al rifugio ma sono felice perché ho la possibilità di scorrazzare per il parco in compagnia degli altri gatti, trovo tutti i giorni cibo buono e la notte una bella cuccia dove dormire. Ciao il mio nome è Nala, ho anni, sono alla Casetta dal 2014 e sono bellissima! Sono stata raccolta nel parco dalla signora Anna, la direttrice del rifugio, insieme a mia mamma Lara e mia sorella Valentina. Io e mia sorella eravamo proprio due micette selvatiche e siamo cresciute libere e felici al rifugio. Mia mamma Lara è stata adottata, ma noi proprio non volevamo farci prendere o accarezzare. Con il tempo ho imparato a conoscere i volontari della Casetta e a fidarmi di loro: a volte, quando se lo meritano, mi faccio addirittura accarezzare! Se vuoi aiutarmi puoi adottarmi a distanza.

Ciao il mio nome è Linus e sono alla Casetta dal 2017, ma la mia avventura inizia prima, quando due ragazzi mi trovarono per strada dopo essere stato investito da una macchina. Mi hanno portato subito dal veterinario dove hanno scoperto che avevo subito un trauma cranico e a seguito dell’incidente ero diventato sordo. Non potendomi tenere, i due ragazzi mi hanno portato alla Casetta. Ora vivo felice qui nell’oasi felina dove posso girare libero per il gattile e nel parco nonostante la mia sordità, e per questo sono sempre controllato a vista. Ciao il mio nome è Cocò, ho anni e sono alla Casetta dal 2017. Mi dicono che sono ciccionissimo, ma secondo me sono solo gelosi perché sono bellissimo! :)) Sono arrivato a La Casetta con mia sorella. Prima vivevo in una colonia nel quartiere Boccea: un signore (un angelo!) veniva tutti i giorni da Anzio a portarci da mangiare. Poi purtroppo si è ammalato e non ha più potuto aiutarci. A La Casetta sto molto bene, adoro le coccole e sono un super fusone: tanti visitatori vorrebbero portarmi a casa, ma ho vissuto sempre libero e amo troppo la mia libertà. Ciao il mio nome è Palla, ho anni e sono alla Casetta dal 2016. Ero una micia di casa, poi i miei padroni hanno deciso di portarmi in gattile perché hanno detto che ero diventata aggressiva. Non ero ancora sterillizata, ma per fortuna ci ha pensato La Casetta! All’inizio ero molto diffidente degli umani. Adesso invece mi puoi trovare sempre all’entrata del rifugio per accogliere i visitatori e ricevere qualche carezza.. non troppe però, eh! Ciao il mio nome è Mara e sono alla Casetta dal 2015, da quando avevo già tre anni. Prima vivevo nel vecchio Parco Luneur in una colonia insieme ai miei fratelli e le mie sorelle. Poi, quando iniziarono i lavori di smantellamento di alcune delle attrazioni, la signora che si prendeva cura di noi, preoccupata per la nostra sicurezza e d’accordo con La Casetta, ci ha portato qui al rifugio. Mi sono adattata molto bene a La Casetta, mi sento al sicuro e mangio sempre cibo ottimo. Di carattere sono molto buona anche se un po’ timida, per questo non mi faccio accarezzare quasi mai! Ciao il mio nome è Ghepardina, ho anni e sono alla Casetta dal 2014. Prima di arrivare a La Casetta dei Gatti, vivevo in una colonia vicino la fermata metro Laurentina dove una volontaria dal cuore grande ci portava sempre le pappe. Un giorno ha visto che stavo male e mi ha portato in Casetta per curarmi da una brutta infezione all’orecchio. Visto che avevo un carattere mite e dolce e che in pochi giorni mi ero ambientata alla grande con gli altri gatti del rifugio, hanno deciso di tenermi al sicuro alla Casetta e non riportarmi alla Colonia dove ero esposta a mille pericoli. Ciao il mio nome è Otello e sono arrivato alla Casetta nel 2013. La mia storia non ha un buon inizio: ero stato investito da una macchina e lasciato moribondo sulla strada, ma un’anima compassionevole mi ha raccolto e portato al rifugio dove mi hanno curato con tanto amore. Purtroppo il veterinario mi ha dovuto togliere un’occhio, ma non ne ho fatto un dramma perché anche senza un’ochietto sono sempre bellissimo!
